January Kids' Night Out: Under the Sea

NEW! Parent and Child Aquatics
(6 months-3 years)
Jan. 4-30, Mondays & Wednesdays,
10:30 a.m. & Saturdays, 9:30 a.m.
Parent and Child Aquatics introduces basic
aquatic skills to parents and children.
Parents are taught to safely work with
their child in the water, including how to
appropriately support and hold their child
in the water and how to prepare and
encourage their child to participate fully
and try the skills. Children are introduced
to basic skills that lay a foundation to help
them learn to swim independently. Several
water-safety topics are also introduced to
the parents. $76/two days per week,
$43/one day per week

Masters Swimming (18+)
$7/workout, $45/six or more sessions a
month, $55/six or more sessions a month
per couple

AquaFit
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,
9-10 a.m.
$6.50/class, maximum: $78/month or
$86/month per couple

Deep-Water Challenge
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
8-8:45 a.m.
$6.50/class, maximum: $78/month or

NEW! American Red Cross Learn-to- Swim Lesson Program
(3 years through adult) Monday-Saturday,
Jan. 4-30; Feb. 1-27 (no classes the week
of Feb. 15)
The purpose of the program is to teach
individuals of all ages to be safe in, on or
around the water. The program covers the
knowledge and skills needed for aquatic
skill development. Skills are grouped into
the following aquatic and water-safety
categories: Water Entry & Exit; Breath
Control & Submersion; Buoyancy; Changing
Direction & Position; Treading Water;
Swimming on Front & Back; and Water
Safety. Lessons are available six days a
week and all classes are 30 minutes.
$76/four-week session, twice per week,
$57/three-week session, twice per week,
$43/one day per week

Indoor Open Swim Hours
Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.;
Sunday, 10 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
All children 6 & under must be accompanied
in the water by a responsible adult
age 16 or older who must stay within
arm’s reach.

Indoor Lap Swim Hours
Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-10 p.m.;
Saturdays, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.;
Sundays, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
All children over the age of 12 must pass
a swim test to swim in the competition
pool.

School’s Out Swim Camp
(6 and up)
Feb. 15-19, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Participants should bring a sack lunch and
a swimsuit. $170/week
