arm’s reach.

Indoor Lap Swim Hours
Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-10 p.m.;
Saturdays, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.;
Sundays, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
All children over the age of 12 must pass
a swim test to swim in the competition
pool.

Private Swim Lessons
Contact the Aquatics Desk at 425.688.3223 to arrange your customized swim lesson. Various days and times available. $33/half-hour, $55/hour

American Red Cross Learn-to- Swim Lesson Program
(3 years through adult)
The purpose of the program is to teach
individuals of all ages to be safe in, on or
around the water. The program covers the
knowledge and skills needed for aquatic
skill development. Skills are grouped into
the following aquatic and water-safety
categories: Water Entry & Exit; Breath
Control & Submersion; Buoyancy; Changing
Direction & Position; Treading Water;
Swimming on Front & Back; and Water
Safety. Lessons are available throughout the summer.

Beginning Adult Small Group Lessons (13+)
Beginning Adult is for those ages 13 and up to introduce students to basic water safety as well as skills to help participants feel comfortable in the water. Front crawl and elementary backstroke are practiced and breaststroke is introduced.
