Growing Up Is Hard To Do
Fabulous fitness for teens
Teenagers get a bad rap sometimes. Check the news headlines. The words, “group” and teenagers,” are rarely followed by “bake sale.”
But at the Bellevue Club, we believe in our teenagers and want to invest in their futures with quality fitness programs. This summer, whether your teenager wants to develop his or her quickness for upcoming sports tryouts or simply wants to de-stress in yoga, the Club has a program for them.
We Got the Beat
In Teens for Fitness, personal trainer Melanie Baker takes junior members through a series of fun workouts, from cycling and running to weight training and games—all while keeping the music blasting. Beyond the physical benefits, Melanie’s program develops self-confidence and inner strength along with lifelong fitness.
Inner Balance
Today’s teenagers are under a lot of stress. Give them a break from the daily demands of school and future pressures in this fun yoga practice. A great intro to the relaxation and flexibility benefits of yoga, Teen/Kids Yoga takes junior members safely through poses and movements. Taught at a fun pace for teenagers, your kids will be set up for a lifetime of physical and mental balance.
Quick Time
Brand new for this year, the Club’s Speed, Vertical & Quickness Training is on the cutting edge of youth sports training. Perfect for young athletes, personal trainer Jeff Taylor is ready to safely improve speed and quickness in this explosive training program.
“Most coaches have to focus on team skills at practice. This fitness program teaches aspiring athletes how to move with quickness and strength,” says Jeff.
