Improve overall strength and flexibility in a new athletic water workout that combines resistance and cardio training. Join us Tuesdays for a shallow-water, low-impact workout or Thursdays for a deep-water, zero-impact workout. Flotation belts and resistance equipment provided. No swimming experience necessary. $6.50/person

The purpose of the program is to teach
individuals of all ages to be safe in, on or
around the water. The program covers the
knowledge and skills needed for aquatic
skill development. Skills are grouped into
the following aquatic and water-safety
categories: Water Entry & Exit; Breath
Control & Submersion; Buoyancy; Changing
Direction & Position; Treading Water;
Swimming on Front & Back; and Water
Safety. Lessons are available throughout the summer.
