OLYMPIC BALLROOM REDESIGN

The new Olympic Ballroom is nearly complete. From grand weddings to creative conferences, we’ve given our main ballroom an aesthetic makeover to give Bellevue Club events a special sense of wonder and excitement.

Slow-roasted beef brisket, oh-so-tender pulled pork, a side of fresh potato salad and sweet corn on the cob.

Is your mouth watering yet? From Seafair to Sounders games, Chef Paul Marks has created finger-lickin’ Barbecue To Go meals for all your summer fun.

If you want to hit the grill without all the hassle, the dishes come perfectly prepped and ready-to-serve. Either reserve your package for a large gathering (10 or more) or swing by Luna Express for smaller groups. Pre-ordering is required five business days in advance for groups of 10 or more.

Smoky, sweet and tangy, there are three delicious packages to choose from:

Paul’s Classic Barbecue
Choose one (4.5 pounds per order):
Sliced barbecue beef brisket
Sliced Asian barbecue or traditional pork loin
Barbecue chicken legs and thighs
Barbecue spare ribs
Garlic- and lemon-marinated boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Lime- and cilantro-skewered shrimp (five shrimp per person)

Includes corn bread muffins with honey butter and your choice of three sides (see below).

The Classic Barbecue package ranges from $135-200 and serves 10-12 people.

Finger-Lickin’ Barbecue Picnic
Choose one (4.5 pounds per order):
Barbecue pulled pork
Barbecue pulled beef
Barbecue pulled chicken

Includes soft French rolls, extra barbecue dipping sauce, coleslaw and your choice of three sides (see below).

The Barbecue Picnic package is $135 and serves 10-12 people.

Mouth-Watering Sides
Sides for the Classic Barbecue and Barbecue Picnic packages include:
Green beans with bacon and onions (2 pounds)
Molasses baked beans (2 pounds)
Coleslaw (1.5 pounds)
Macaroni and cheese (2 pounds)
Pasta salad (2 pounds)
Lime-chili corn-on-the-cob (a half cob per person)
Baked potatoes with butter, sour cream and green onions
(1 per person)
Baked sweet potatoes with maple
butter and pecans (1 per person)
Three bean salad (2 pounds)
Watermelon

South by Northwest Taco Bar
Choose one (4.5 pounds per order):
Chipotle-braised pulled chicken
Slow-roasted pulled pork
Cuban style shredded beef
Includes soft flour tortillas, housemade corn chips, shredded lettuce, ranchero sauce, tomatillo salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese.

Additional sides are available:
Slow-cooked pinto beans ($2/person)
Black beans with lime and cilantro ($2/person)
Pico di gallo ($2/person)
Housemade guacamole ($3/person)
Fajita-style vegetables ($2.25/person)
Roasted corn salsa ($2.25/person)
Watermelon ($1.50/person)

The Taco Bar package is $135 and serves 10-12 people.
