Commemorating its 30th anniversary, Taproot Theatre celebrates a history of challenging, laughter-filled and thought provoking theater with a season of audience and critically acclaimed revivals. Taproot’s festive season includes John Olive’s tender love story, “The Voice of the Prairie;” Larry Shue’s hilarious comedy “The Foreigner;” Connie Ray and Alan Bailey’s bluegrass gospel musical, “Smoke on the Mountain” and George Bernard Shaw’s classic, witty comedy, “Arms and the Man.”

Performances are Wednesday through Saturday evenings and Saturday matinees. The theater also offers an Acting Studio with classes year-round for youth and adults.
